To listen to the shout-cast you will need to install mumble, a free open source voice chat client. Once installed you can connect by clicking the image below or using the following information by clicking the Add New button when mumble is started and filling out the fields as below.
When you first connect a dialog box will pop up asking you to accept a certificate, select yes.
